As a therapist & human, I believe that our deepest pain is often with our deepest longings. My work & approach are rooted in attachment-based research, & my theory of change begins with the belief that we have an innately human need to connect & belong. I strive to create a space where you can belong, first & foremost. I pay close attention to the ways early relationships shape how we see ourselves, connect with others & move in this complex world. I believe I understand how pain, loss, and disconnection can leave lasting imprints on us and contribute to our sense of alienation.
