Sometimes who you are, or who you thought you would be, gets lost in the noise of life. Whether it be from daily stressors, anxious or depressed thoughts, or past traumas, you feel like you’re stuck. I want to work with you to help clear the noise and move past being stuck. We will work together to grow your insight and address the burdensome thoughts and emotions that continue to hold you back. Whether in person or virtually, my goal is to provide you with a safe and contained space so that you will feel and be seen. We will work together so that you can learn the skills that will help you to feel better and get your needs met.
