I enjoy working with people of all ages, genders, orientations, ethnicities, and backgrounds, who strive to create a more fulfilling and rewarding life, who wish to understand the origins of their own maladaptive cognitive processes and behavioral patterns that prevent them from reaching their life goals and reaping the rewards of a rich and fulfilled life. This could include working through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+ specific experiences, as well as aspects of disordered eating behavior.
