I work with clients of all ages and especially enjoy supporting teenagers and young adults navigating life transitions and understanding their identity. I believe in the unique complexity of each person’s life and aim to create a warm and supportive space where clients can navigate their stories and make decisions about how they want to author their lives. My therapeutic practice is grounded in the values of compassion and creativity. My work is informed by narrative therapy, and guided by the Expressive Therapies Continuum (a framework for using art therapy).
