I believe, as a therapist and social worker, in the dignity and worth of every individual. I utilize a client-centered and empowerment based approach, that focuses on improving client self-perception and growth through the challenges they face. I work with my clients to identify goals, make positive changes, and build strong coping skills for the future, and overall lasting wellness. I have experience working with LGBTQI+ populations. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, with a variety of diagnosis, with a focus on family level systems and generational trauma.
