Hi there, I'm Christine! Have you ever wondered why you do certain things or think specific thoughts? I would love to walk alongside you while you sort out these questions. Commonly, I use eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), talk therapy, play therapy, sandtray, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
