Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in the state of California and a Certified Professional Coach! I help clients with living their best lives. This may include clearing past negative experiences that are impacting their lives today. I help those who are feeling stuck in their life and are not sure which direction they'd like to go. I support clients to get to the place they'd like to be in their lives, whether it's in regard to working on issues related to relationships, major life transitions, motivation, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, and more. I love working with young adults and adults who are struggling in life and would like to make their lives better! I love helping to support, encourage, and just be a partner in helping them get to where they'd like to be in their lives, relationships, work, and school.
