I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, who does individual counseling working with adults. I work with clients struggling with domestic violence with an emphasis on narcissistic abuse, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and attachment issues. I am eclectic in my approach depending on what the client's needs are. Some of the approaches I use are CBT, TF-CBT, Psychoanalytic theory, Art Therapy, Inner Child Work, and attachment based therapy. It's important to me offer clients a nonjudgmental space to be able to heal and meet their goals.
