I utilize an integrative approach to address a wide variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, life transition adjustments, and relationships. I also have experience treating trauma and abuse. I believe in utilizing clients' strengths to guide them to reach their personal goals. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and appropriately challenging atmosphere in which to learn, grow and reach unrealized potential.
