I offer individualized care for adolescents and adults, including individuals with intellectual/developmental challenges. My goal is to help people achieve a sense of mastery, autonomy, and purpose in their lives. By identifying and building on strengths you already have, we can work together to help create more balance and contentment in your life. I enjoy fostering mindfulness and other skills which reduce distress and build resiliency, and have co-authored a book on children and anxiety.
