I have been a counselor for over 18 years, working with people ages 17 and older. Some of the issues I treat include mood disorders, grief and loss, sexual abuse, trauma, divorce, bereavement, lifespan transitions and relationship difficulties. My aim is to offer a holistic approach specific to the needs of each person. In my practice, I incorporate a blend of treatments such as interpersonal, solution focus, cognitive behavioral, animal assisted, yoga therapy and group therapy. I am now seeing clients in person in my Suffield office as well as telehealth. I am now accepting private yoga therapy clients in Suffield CT.
