About

I am a licensed clinical social worker, practicing social work and case management since 1996. I have worked in various settings including outpatient clinics, residential, jail, nursing homes, and case management in client homes. I currently run intensive outpatient groups as well as individual counseling with individuals of all ages. I believe that movement and change are essential to growth and practice this personally and encourage it professionally. I have a passion for walking alongside my clients and providing tools to help them navigate through life challenges and come out the other side a stronger and more balanced person.
