About

I work with kids and adults from all over the world, and use an integrative approach to counseling, as I don't believe that one-size-fits-all in therapy. I am passionate about helping expat adults and third culture kids (TCK's) as they live in new cultures and navigate all that entails. I also enjoy working with international clients, specifically Arab clients, and have a good understanding of the culture and traditions. I am EMDR Trained (Level 2), trauma informed, adoption informed, I coach parents of kids with an FASD and use mindfulness, self-compassion, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT & REBT), and person-centered approaches.
