Whether you are a parent looking to find support for your child or someone whose wanting to start therapy, I offer empathetic support and tools to cope with life's many stressors. I work with children, teens, college students, and adults to help address challenges with anxiety, depression, school/career burnout, family relationships, and generational trauma.
