Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in CT and AK. I graduated from Capella University with a Masters of Science (mental health counseling). I am currently working with adults with a variety of stressors: ADHD, anxiety, depression, motivation, disabilities, chronic illness, grief/loss and other phase of life issues in a trauma-informed, multicultural awareness, strength-based orientation using a variety of tools customized to the client. In our first session, we will get comfortable with each other and identify the first issue(s) to address. From there we will collaborate on how best to begin the action for change based on your motivation.
