Even if it is not with me, you're doing the right thing for yourself, and you should give yourself credit and kindness. Whether it's depression, anxiety, family issues, etc, you deserve a sense of peace and clarity in your life. I believe that with the proper support and intentionality, transformation is possible. I don't believe in cookie-cutter approaches to care. Therapy is like a driving course, with you in the driver's seat. I am responsible for teaching you how to maneuver until you are confident in your ability to handle what life throws at you.
