I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, grief, neurodiversity, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I also offer counseling for fellow therapists and prioritize the therapeutic relationship in every session. As a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist, I meet people where they are, creating a safe, supportive space for growth. Together, we develop personalized goals and strategies to challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, process trauma, and improve relationships. My approach is compassionate and inclusive, I honor each client’s identity, culture, and lived experience.
