I have over 20 years of experience in addiction treatment with adolescents and adults. I am trained in MET/CBT, trauma based therapy and many other modalities. To put my therapeutic technique into simple words...I am a down to earth therapist who believes in meeting you where you are and working together for the change you want to see.
