My approach to mental health is to explore social and emotional functioning by assessing current obstacles and working with individuals to help rule out possible organic medical conditions that could present as mental health challenges. Today I can say with great certainty that we should all respond to our mental health needs as quickly as we would to our physical health due to the steps and time required to help create and maintain a balanced you. I believe you and I can do this by getting to the root of your pressing challenges and discovering ways to address them as a team.
