If you’ve taken the step to seek support, take a moment to acknowledge the courage it takes to do so. Asking for help isn’t always easy, and many people hesitate to do so despite their instincts. I understand that finding the right therapist can be overwhelming, especially after difficult past experiences. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in helping adults struggling with substance abuse and the co-occurring disorders that often accompany it, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also have a deep passion for supporting men’s mental health, particularly those navigating challenges related to sexual identity. I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and empowerment. I provide support and guidance to help those I work with create meaningful, lasting change. Building a strong therapeutic relationship in a safe, supportive space is my priority.
