Hello and welcome! In my over two decades of providing psychotherapy, I have learned many, many things. The first, which I will share here, is this: a positive, safe, and trusting relationship between the therapist and client is the number one predictor of a successful outcome. I support all potential clients to interview (yep, you get to do that) more than one therapist. The more information and interactions you gather, the better choice you will be able to make.
