I have 40+ years of clinical practice in a variety of mental health and substance abuse treatment settings. I believe in an approach that enhances a person's growth in self awareness. I have found that a person's ability to change is essential to their well-being and quality of life. My experience has led me to believe that therapy is a collaborative relationship. Each individual is unique. My approach focuses on the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual qualities of the person's life. We will utilize a variety of clinical approaches that are effective.
