I work with individuals and couples facing a range of issues, including PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), traumatic loss, and prolonged bereavement. My approach is rooted in empathy and a genuine desire to help you heal from childhood trauma, abuse, neglect, and attachment wounds. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their experiences and emotions, and I am here to support you in that process.
