You can expect a full assessment and treatment plan at your first session. I truly believe that you have all the answers to your problems and I will help guide you to the solutions. I utilize a trauma-informed care framework to my practice. Sometimes past traumas and losses can impact and/or compound current life stressors, further exploration of past issues can be explored to gain insight, and to explore more advanced coping skills.
