My background and experience is varied and eclectic. I have been an Engineer amd a Kindergarten Teacher, and now a Therapist. I enjoy working with a variety of Clients including those who had challenging childhoods and are looking for ways to live more healthy and happy lives. I am a Certified Imago Couples Therapist, and I like helping couples to learn to listen to each other. I use my knowledge as a couples therapist, mindfulness instructor, and projective dream work group leader to help individuals, couples, and groups learn to communicate authentically and find empowerment in their daily lives.
