Life can be pretty difficult at times; however, therapy provides an opportunity to find utility in strategies for negotiating stress. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I strive to provide both evidence based and culturally competent treatment for a wide range of individuals. Additionally, I incorporate salient aspects of current research while also considering the impact of culture (i.e., race, gender, ability, spirituality, sexual orientation).
