About

My goal as a counselor is to meet you where you are and explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors to identify the way that these factors may be negatively impacting your life. We will work to relearn maladaptive coping mechanisms, explore mindfulness techniques relaxation/connection, understand neuroplasticity and reprocess the way in which memories and/or trauma are stored in your brain and body. My hope is that we will collaborate on a journey resulting in a positive change in the perceptions you have about yourself, others and the environment around you.
