I work with adults and children. My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, however, I also employ an eclectic approach to the presenting concerns. Many people in my practice experience anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders, such as relationship difficulties, family struggles and work-related problems. We agree on the goal of treatment and the means to the goal, but most importantly we focus on the therapeutic relationship. This relationship involves professional competency and trust and is the most important part of the therapeutic process.
