I have 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and counseling. I have a PhD in clinical counseling and supervision and a masters in counseling. I use a variety of techniques in order to find what fits for you. I enjoy working with people who feel they are stuck and helping them as they use counseling to find a solution to their issues. I have found using a combination of psychotherapy, mindfulness, exercise, relaxation and self-regulation techniques to be beneficial. We will try on many "shoes" as far as techniques to see what fits and what is comfortable to walk in.
