Hi there! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from trauma and mental health challenges. I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University in 2019, and since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting others on their journeys toward recovery. I specialize in trauma-informed care, and one of my primary tools is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic memories. I’m also trained in several other therapeutic modalities.
