Hi there! My name is Chris Kauffman. I'm an LCSW with experience providing individual and family counseling, clinical case management, and program development. I help people struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and other mild or moderate mood disorders. I approach counseling with an insight-oriented framework and integrate client centered, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and strength-based modalities.
