Starting counseling can be daunting, but I'm here to guide you. I hold a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. I've supported clients facing issues like substance abuse, grief, and crisis. My integrative approach draws from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and Jungian therapy to help uncover personal meaning and promote self-discovery. Therapy for anyone should be a quest of learning about oneself and how one interacts with life and all of its questions, and it’s my privilege to sit, walk, and think alongside clients as they navigate their stories to become their authentic selves.
