Today's confused, often over-stimulating times can be depressing, certainly anxiety provoking. Core questions surface. Who am I? My "image" aka my socially acceptable self? Yes, but much more. How do I find out? Become the most creative, productive individual I can be? How do I get beyond the apathy and life's daily frustrations, step into the fire of my meant-to-be self? A "foray" is an excursion into the unknown, a stretch and reach for the new and undiscovered. Employing "emotional courage" as the fulcrum, we work hard together to make recovery and growth the adventures they are meant to be.
