I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, that has also been trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I offer Ketamine-Assisted therapy both in person and virtually through the medical provider Journey Clinical. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy highlighting behavioral change in the present, as well as exploring deeper into the recesses of the mind to better understand why we act as we do. I am also available to help with the preparation and integration of other psychedelic experiences, or to discuss new developments in these novel forms of therapeutic treatment. I work with both individuals and couples. I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), as well as a combination of IFS and ACT to help my clients overcome their greatest struggles and live more fulfilling lives. I have particularly trained in working with folks dealing with mood disorders (depression and bipolar), anxiety-related disorders, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
