Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen? You’re not alone. Life can feel heavy—especially if you’ve spent years masking, navigating ADHD or Autism, or trying to fit into spaces that weren’t built for you. There is another way forward. As a Marine Corps veteran, father to neurodiverse children, and someone who’s faced systemic barriers, I bring lived experience and deep empathy to my work as a therapist. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, grounded in nervous system safety, emotional regulation, and authentic growth.
