About

Being a Catholic mental health counselor has given me the privilege to help many Christians integrate their mental health and their faith, to treat the whole person. I work with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive-related disorders, addictions, and other life problems. Additionally I get to work alongside a fantastic team at ReGeneration Therapy and Counseling.
