Life is something that just is; we are what happens in it. I work with you to reclaim what may seem out of your control, to step back into the driver's seat of your own life. We all struggle at times and it is not about how strong or weak we are, but how much support we have. I have been in direct clinical practice since 1988 bringing a history of working effectively with those who feel lost: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and having an experience of being emotionally "stuck" in patterns that seem to have a life of their own. Together we can move through it and out.
