For over 20 years, I’ve worked with neurodivergent children, teens, and adults, supporting those with autism (ASD), ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My clients often have a strong sense of self but struggle to bring this into larger social settings, including their families, schools, and the larger "normative" system. As a result, my clients struggle with emotional regulation, self-doubt, and the effects of systemic trauma, leading to an internalized feeling of “not good enough.” My goal is to help individuals recognize their inner strengths, access their innate wisdom, and live life as their authentic self in the world..
