Moving though life's stages can present challenges, including navigating the path through emerging adulthood and beyond. I specialize in working with adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, which affords me the opportunity to channel my life experiences into empathy for my clients. As a member of this community, I recognize that mental health and well-being are positively impacted by having the confidence and courage to live as one's authentic self. I strive to help my clients do this within the framework of the identities they hold, experiences they've had, and goals they have set for themselves.
