As a therapist, my aim is to foster a secure, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals and families can delve into the challenges that are faced. Together we will strive to remove barriers, earn trust, and make you feel welcome. We will work together to examine the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors while identifying ways to improve coping skills, restore confidence, and make positive changes. With experience spanning community mental health centers, schools, homes, and remote settings, I employ a psychodynamic therapeutic approach.
