I have years of experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community. I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York State who likes to create a safe space to discuss and grow. In our world, uncertainty or a feeling of belonging is rising. It may cause us to be anxious or feel sad. Together, we create a free talking space for expression and to be yourself. Your concerns matter. I believe that any challenge can be managed to live life fully, no matter what personal situations we endure or what society throws at us.
