I am currently accepting new clients. My name is Christopher Ross and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns. I help by meeting individuals where they are at in their process, and utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques to help promote change. In our first few sessions, you can expect to explore what brings you to therapy, and we will work together to establish initial goals to work towards. I am passionate about this work because I believe in the potential of all individuals to overcome the challenges we face. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience treating both mental health and substance use concerns. My specialty is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for co-occurring disorders. I also have experience in trauma-informed care, and my practice has been shaped to reflect that.
