Hello, I am Christopher Ruper, licensed marriage and family therapist. I focus on treating clients with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. I have a Person-Centered approach and also utilize ACT, CBT, and EMDR for trauma. If you struggle with worry or have racing thoughts, feeling down or low energy, or have a lack of interest/pleasure, I may be able to help. I provide my clients with a safe therapeutic environment through the use of empathy and warmth. I assist clients with identifying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; while assisting them with finding a healthy balance and living life according to their values.
