Hello! I am a pre-licensed therapist who specializes in emotional processing and regulation, particularly with couples & individuals. I guide clients to better understand their emotions and how they shape behaviors, choices, and relationships. Emotions can affect us in various ways, like sex, intimacy, and values. I primarily use EFT, along with a blend of other models like CBT, and a humanistic and client-centered approach, to explore factors such as culture, age, and religion without judgment.
