Limited openings available for adults & children (8+). I specialize in OCD (100+ cases annually), anxiety disorders, trauma, and parenting anxious children. We will clearly define success, use evidence-based treatment modalities, and work to build flexibility, distress tolerance, and functional improvement as quickly as possible. Growth compounds between sessions, so yes — there will be homework! I developed my clinical expertise through training at Northwestern University, Harvard University, and THE Ohio State University, along with advanced training in CBT, ERP, EMDR, SPACE, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Perinatal Mental Health. I refer to and coordinate treatment planning with specialist medication providers when appropriate.
