If you want to get out of your rut, we can work hard to get you back on track to a more comfortable existence. Our conversation will be meaningful, compassionate, friendly, and without psycho-babble. I am direct, gentle, and humorous, and I establish a working relationship with clients quickly so we can work towards your goals. I do not do "cookie-cutter" therapy and develop a customized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and concerns. That is, no two of us are identical. I am humble, friendly, and approachable, and quickly build strong connections with patients.
