I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Colorado. I offer a holistic, compassionate, and collaborative approach to treatment for adults struggling with a wide range of psychological issues. I have experience treating anxiety disorders (general, performance, social), trauma (military and civilian), depression, anger/mood dysregulation, and grief. I also support clients with relationship, sexual identity, midlife/later adulthood, and socio/cultural stress-related challenges. Whether you are new to psychotherapy or you've found therapy helpful in the past, I will provide a a safe and comfortable setting for the process. Together, we will work in the short-term to address unhealthy patterns and symptoms that may be impacting your ability to function emotionally, interpersonally, cognitively, academically, or occupationally. Longer term goals may involve investigating and processing significant historical events that may have contributed to the development of symptoms.
