My ideal client is anyone who is interested in change but feels afraid and unsure where to start. Often the cycle of addiction and recovery can have one feeling tired and “stuck”. When thinking about “recovery” it can feel unclear making the idea of recovery feel scary and out of reach. For many just having someone to talk to helps put issues into perspective and finding manageable solutions. Being able to define one’s own “recovery” becomes easier when they have a safe and open environment that allows for change to be talked about.
