If you battle depression, anxiety, marital or family issues, behavioral concerns, grief, or other hurdles, I can support you through your journey. Besides my formal training, I've lived through many major life transitions, myself: military family life, the death of a child, marital issues, & job loss and change. I understand the complicated feelings involved. I've navigated these situations and I can help you find your way, too. I have dual master's degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and Educational Leadership. I was a teacher and school administrator for thirteen years before I transitioned to the counseling field. I have experience counseling children, adolescents, adults, couples, same-sex couples, and families.
