I will work with you to increase your understanding of how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected in your life by utilizing evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your individual needs. I will empower you to overcome obstacles and find inner peace when struggling with life in the mask of symptoms such as shame, guilt, anxiety and depression.
